On September 18, 2021, a landmark event took place on Peremohy Square near the Ukraine Department Store — the XI National “Star of Ukraine” Award “Alley of Stars,” which brings together the brightest representatives of modern Ukrainian culture.

This festive ceremony became a symbol of honoring outstanding figures who have made a significant contribution to the development of Ukrainian culture, music, and art. This year’s laureates included:

- Oksana Bilozir — People’s Artist of Ukraine
- Ivo Bobul — People’s Artist of Ukraine
- Nataliya Shelepnytska — People’s Artist of Ukraine, academic genre singer
