Its three-dimensional gel-like structure adheres closely to the body, does not stick to the wound, and does not cause pain during removal. The dressing contains polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride (PHMG-HC), which delivers prolonged antimicrobial action. It inhibits the growth of bacteria, viruses, and fungi, including Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. A complex of auxiliary ingredients reduces inflammation and keeps the tissue moisturized.
