HEALER GEL® Hydrogel Dressing 9х12 cm

The HEALER GEL® hydrogel dressing is designed to cover various skin injuries such as burns, abrasions, scratches, and irritations. Made from natural polymers and a modern antiseptic, the dressing provides moisture, protection, and supports the skin’s natural regeneration processes. Its three-dimensional gel-like structure adheres closely to the body, does not stick to the wound, and does not cause pain during removal.

The dressing contains polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride (PHMG-HC), which delivers prolonged antimicrobial action. It inhibits the growth of bacteria, viruses, and fungi, including Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. A complex of auxiliary ingredients reduces inflammation and keeps the tissue moisturized.

HEALER GEL® maintains a moist wound environment, prevents tissue dehydration, supports the removal of necrotic debris, and promotes the formation of new epithelial tissue. Its cooling effect helps reduce pain after application. The dressing does not adhere to the wound surface.

Recommended for use in home, car, and office first-aid kits, as well as in children’s and educational institutions. It is suitable for the care of cuts, abrasions, minor thermal injuries, insect bites, blisters, and burns. The dressing can be easily secured with a bandage or adhesive tape and replaced without damaging new tissue.
