HEALER® GEL MEDICAL STERILE FACIAL HYDROGEL DRESSING FOR BURNS AND WOUNDS
Sterile hydrogel facial dressing designed for local application on damaged facial skin due to burns, wounds, dermatological conditions, or trauma. The dressing is shaped as an anatomical two-part facial mask (upper and lower face), ensuring a comfortable and precise fit to the skin.
The base of the product is a soft, elastic hydrogel reinforced with a nonwoven inner layer that provides the necessary strength and integrity. The hydrogel is enriched with the antiseptic agent polyhexamethylene biguanide (PHMB), which offers broad-spectrum antimicrobial protection against bacteria, fungi, and viruses, including antibiotic-resistant strains. The formulation also includes dexpanthenol, glycerin, agar-agar, and other functional excipients with moisturizing, wound-healing, and anti-inflammatory properties.
The dressing helps cool the affected area, maintains a moist environment that supports physiological tissue repair, reduces pain, and does not adhere to the wound or damage granulation tissue during removal. It is indicated for use in first- and second-degree burns, post-cosmetic or surgical procedures, dermatitis, acne, eczema, radiodermatitis, and other facial skin injuries.
HEALER® GEL MEDICAL is a single-use, hypoallergenic dressing suitable for sensitive facial skin. It is packed in a sealed, sterile pouch that protects the product until use.

Detailed information about the product
HEALER GEL MEDICAL® Facial Hydrogel Dressing is a sterile medical device based on high-molecular-weight compounds, including carbohydrates, protein-derived components, and calcium ions, combined with the antiseptic agent polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride (PHMB).
The dressing is intended for use on facial skin areas affected by damage — including burns of various degrees, abrasions, scratches, insect bites, postoperative or post-traumatic wounds.
The dressing is shaped as a mask and consists of two sections — for the upper and lower parts of the face — allowing for anatomically accurate fit. If necessary, only one section may be used.
The hydrogel dressing is alcohol-free, transparent, elastic, and easily conforms to the contours of the facial skin. It does not adhere to wounds, has high adhesion to adjacent tissues and secondary dressings, and does not disrupt granulation or newly formed epithelium upon removal. The dressing provides a moist, cooling environment, promotes oxygen diffusion, and helps relieve pain. It absorbs exudate without causing maceration and acts as a barrier against bacteria, microparticles, and environmental contaminants.
The functional excipients contribute to anti-inflammatory, moisturizing, and wound-healing effects, nourish the skin, and enhance its elasticity. The product is hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive facial skin.
The antiseptic action of PHMB covers a broad spectrum of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, fungal pathogens (including Candida, Aspergillus), and viruses (including herpes viruses, HIV), including antibiotic-resistant strains.
